Can anyone let me know what type of plug it is on a DA ignition pack.
Have not seen them before, but probably end up cutting them off for a futaba style plug.

cheers

Rob,
I believe it's a Hitec / JR end for the hall sensor. The power leads are "universal car" something. I would wire it to match your charger.

Take Care,

Thats the one. Was after the power lead. Will probably chop it off and fit a jr battery lead. Is this the usual method.

cheers

The 4.8 volt power lead is connected with an Anderson Power-pole connection. That's what I use on mine - it's heavy duty and can carry a lot of current. Any hobby store can get replacements. I think RadicalRC has them too.

Some call them SERMOS. Very common to the RC car guys. I'd leave it in place and get a matching plug for the battery/switch. Much more capable of providing the required current for these engine than the messily 2 amp OEM servo connectors many use.
