I want to buy one bme 110cc extreme, could you give me some pros and cons,it's a lot of money to spend and I don't want to make a mistake, and the reason it has to be a bme, is because the spark plug tip distance is 10"1/2 and will fit in my cowling, tks.Alex

What model are you putting the BME engine? The 10-1/2" is less the plug caps.

No one can comment on the 110 directly as BME hasn't released them just yet. The BME 105 is available and is similar less then jugs I believe.

The BME 110 is about the same as the 102 from plug to plug dimensionally, it is lighter and supposidly produces more power, they are not yet available.

May I add that the 110's spark plug is in the rear of the cylinder head, pointing rearward at about a 60 degree angle.

This means that the engine does not get much wider when you put the plug cap on. It will fit into a lot of planes that won't accept any other twin.
