Ed, to fully understand the rulebook please do not read full sentences. Pick and choose which verbs and nouns you want to place together. Once you understand this american past time you will fully be able to grasp the scope of the AMA rules.
Also, IF you must read full sentences because you just need to do it. Then pick and choose which sentences you like from the paragraph and be done with it.
Last time I saw you ED that wasn't a flag in your hand????
