The plane I have requires 1 servo per elevator, and the recommended servo for this older kit was a jr 8411 which was 168 oz will my hitec 5955s be okay for this since they are 333oz per? 40-44 pound biplane thanks.

Yeah I couldnt believe how small of torque they used on this bird back in the day, just goes to show you how much over torque we add to our planes these days

I use Hitec 7955/5955 or Futaba 9156 on the elevators of my 85-150cc stuff and have zero problems.
I've had several servos in the 160-180oz range fail in the 3D planes even at 50cc size. It boils down to what you're doing with the planes.
You will need lots more torque on that rudder though.
