JOE NALL 2012 / HITEC
I just returned home from the 30th Joe Nall event in South Carolina, some 1100 plus pilots were registered this year, I happend to sign up at number 1010 on wednesday last week. As the weekend progressed it became obvious that many many others were behind me, as i drove north from Florida I can't recall the number of r/c airplane trailers or pickup's that had stickers on them showing the products that they advertise or use. Speaking on that subject, I had the pleasure of working with Hitec again and promoting the fine line of lastest products with Mike Mayberry, Shawn Spiker and all the other Team Pilots, we had hundreds and hundreds of radio controlled enthusiast stop by to talk and ask questions about the Hitec line. Also some prospective r/c enthusiast onsite as spectators were also at the tent to talk products and what Hitec could do for them. The experience was terrific, the privilege was all mine to be there in this capacity. I really enjoyed everyone stopping by to look at the tables full of items for display and talk about them.
I also had my competition scale Balsa USA Nieuport 28 on display and had several conversations about it and the adventures it has been on lately, one really big adventure for me and the Nieuport was to fly at the Nall. Mycopilot, friend and terrific spotter Rick Chitty and I got in two great flights with it. What a historic place and awsome flying site to bring it to. Hitec was represented at the two major flight lines, the classic at the upper end and the 3 D line at the lower end. I hope you had the chance to see the other pilots fly, Brandon Chitty with his ammazing flying skills stunning everyone for example.
Flying takes place day and Night, YES Night, the lights today are all LED and very bright, it's something to see if you haven't already.
I want to say Thank You to all that stopped by and talked with us while we were onsite at Joe Nall this year and I am really looking forward to seeing everyone again next year. Mike, Shawn, Rick, Brandon, Nick and myself Thank You for visiting with us and I Thank them for the chance to be part of the Hitec Team and representing them at Joe Nall and in my area here in Florida.
I will also post some photos for everyone to see here soon.

RE: JOE NALL 2012 / HITEC
Finally!!! No Network 505 ERROR,,,,,,,,,Joe Nall 2012 photos, Hitec at the Nall.
It was nice most days, i understand it was not that way early in the week with some rain days, but from wednesday on it was fantastic
one exception, an afternoon T storm that had lightning and the flying was shut down for a brief period.
The flying was great, the planes were even greater and the people were all fantastic.
Can't wait for next year.............If you have any photos please don't hesitate to add them to this thread and keep it going.
If you had the chance to stop and look at he Hitec products and talk to us while you were at Joe Nall 2012 please don't hesitate to shop online at www.hitecrcd.com for your new products and for the locations that they are available.
Thanks and more to come i hope
