30cc MX2... It's ALIVE !!!
This has been really fun! Getting back into the hobby after so many years away has been a blast.
Thanks to many fellow RC friends (who put up with stupid questions from me!) my very first gasser is ALIVE! The "Green Machine" took her first few gasps today.
I still have tidy up the rest of the wiring, do some minor fab work on battery trays/mounts as you can see, but for the most part she is assembled and running. I put two heat cycles on the DLA-32 today. I know some guys say fuel it up and let it eat. After many years riding/racing 2 stroke motocross bikes, I have always carefully broken in my motors and never suffered an engine failure.
I cannot wait to maiden this one. And with any luck I'll be able to do 2 maidens in one day as my 1.20AX powered Sea Gull Ultimate 90 Bi-Plane should be ready in a day or two.

Not nearly as impressive, my 12 year old putting another heat cycle on the DLA32, LOL!

P.S. I probably shouldn't say this too loudly, or else my MX2 may get jealous. I just picked up a 102" Extra 330L with a BME twin! The MX2 isn't going to like this! LOL.
