Default And my addiction just keeps getting worse!!! 100cc Extra 330L in the hangar now!

Thanks to a fellow RCU'er, I am now the proud owner of a Godfrey 101", 35% Extra 330L! As if I needed another airplane / project.
Today I was told this is actually a 32.5% 300L as well, so I am not 100% certain of what it's heritage really is.

Not perfect, but a damn good foundation to build up. Has a BME 100 that was upgraded with a stroker crank to a 102. It has 2 JR 4051 servos on the rudder, 2 JR 4051 servos on the elevators and 4 JR 4721s on the ailerons. I am a HiTec user and I am thinking about upgrading to 5645MGs all around, since the servos in her aren't really up to snuff. Plastic gears and those 4051s are what... 15 years old?

I have already spoke with BME about freshening up the mill. And then I have to decide on electronics. Thinking Power Expander, dual 2300 A123s, Optical Kill, Batshare? What do you guys think?

I would not consider using 5645's on a plane of this quality. They are dog slow, and do not center well. 7985's would be the min, 7955's or 7954's would be better.

I agree, they are very slow, but I haven't had any noticeable centering issues to speak of and I have 12 of them in service currently on 2 planes.
I am going with the 7954SH servos on this one.
