Is anyone out there using one servo per elevator half on a 39% Edge. I am thinking of using Hitec 5945s or JR8411s, one per side. I won't be using 3D throws on it. In the future I may, but will build some new stabs for that purpose, with 2 servos per half. At the moment I want it setup for light weight and precision flying.

Our 40% Carden Edge had one Futaba 9206 per half.We bought the plane from Jason Danhakl and it was used for exterme 3D.He competed with this plane in the first XFC.My 46% Ultimate also has only one per half,5945.

No problem at all.I fly the aeroworks 39% 540t with one 8411 on each elevator half.Great response for imac-still enough power for some light 3D.Have Fun with your edge.

I was thinking of using one 8611 per elevator half on a 40% Carden Extra . . . but still have not decided. I too would like input as to using 3D throws on this size aircraft with only one of these servo's
Thanks
