Default Fuel Dots Fall Out

I am using some fuel dots ( don't remember MFR, they are gold in color ) on the bottom of my Sig Cap 231 cowl using YS 120FZ engine. I have noticed the dots, one or both, will fall out of holder some times just in engine runup when fuel system pressure increases. One or both dots fall out of holders after flight, any ideas? Thanks.

Some fuel dots just dont work like others do hehe.

DA and 3W make some killer fuel dots for the gassers that are very cool.

Horizon is making some fuel dots that look great for glow

Don's Hobby sells the kind that require a quarter turn to keep them in place. Awesome!

Madison Components fuel dots will likely fit your bill. The twist on/twist off lock makes all the difference in the world.

Try looping a rubberband around the line about 2" from the end, then securing the other end inside the fuse with just a little pull. That will pull and keep thr dot in the holder and allow you enough tube to fill. Works great, I do this to all mine.

I use H9 (metal) and Dubro (plastic), and have not had any problems with either.
