I am flying a Sig Suhkio with a 3250. I really havn't got it proped perfectly for 3D. The airframe is willing. It has double beveled control surfaces and a flying tail. I really need to put a pump on it for better verticle and find a 20x6 prop.
IMHO a great match for this engine would be a Midwest Extra 300 kit. I know it can be built lighter than an ARF. The Great Planes Wagstaff 300 would be another good match for this engine. I am assuming you want something that looks scale? There are some profiles out there that will out 3D the ones I have mentioned. I personally want mine to look close to scale.

Just maybe the H9 Edge540 for that engine. I have one with a Moki 1.8 that's pretty incredible. If the ST3250 runs like Moki, you might have real nice combo.
Not to go against what davo said, but I own the Midwest Extra, and it's a pretty large plane. I know the 3250 is a hefty engine too, but the Midwest just might seem a bit big for it for what your looking for. I built mine and got it to 15lbs with a 50cc gas engine...and although it pulls like a tractor, I just dont' know if that 3250glow would have the torque that the BME does in that plane. Good luck though..

I wouls stay away from the Sig Arf. If built too heavy and the wing loading will get too high with that engine combination.

When the Midwest Extra came out a few years back. Sean Mcmurtry put a show on for us with his. It was 3250 powered with a pump and the head was shimmed so he could run more nitro. I don't think it has the power of a big gasser but it got the job done. His was the first design with the flat tail. All the new ones have a flying tail. I should have said 300XS. Thats the new kits designation.
