does anyone know of the dave patrick model 1/4 scale cubs? any thing i should watch out for?

I don't have one of his cubs but I do have his Extra 330L. I will say his planes are well designed and built but his customer service is the absolute worst I have ever seen. They seldom answer their phones, they tell you things have shipped when they haven't, they sometimes answer their emails but only sometimes. I have heard far more people complain about Patrick's customer service than I have people who don't. As I said he makes a nice product but to me it isn't worth putting up with their crappy service. Their are other companies out there making products just as good and they treat their customers right. I will never buy another Dave Patrick item.

The Dave Patrick line of aircraft are all excellent. I have a hunch that trying to make a living and selling excellent airplanes has a tendency to delay him in replys to questions. If you get one of his planes, or other products, you will not be dissapointed in either the quality of the product or the flying qualities.

The planes are well built, set up well and fly great. Just don't expect any quick replys or fast shipping.
