I have the plans for a 77" Cap232 by D&L Designs meant for 1.8 - 2.4 gas. Mine weighs in at 12 pounds, 14 ounces with a ZDZ 40! A 30cc would be fine. I have mine set-up to 3D on high rates and it does awesome tumbles, pretty good harriers, and nice walls, etc. It is really meant as an IMAC design though. It will get stupid (like any high performance aircraft) if you pull too much elevator at the wrong time.
I'd be willing to sell the plans for $15 plus shipping. Doug Lee sells a nice lazer cut wood pack that is worth the money. Canopy, cowl, wheel pants, etc are all available. I went with a taller carbon gear, so I have an aluminum one that I would sell.

This is off of Doug's website:
This is a 1/3.80 (26.35%) scale model of the Mudry CAP aircraft that can be built as the 231EX or 232 variant. Model is very aerobatic, easy to handle, and has precise handling properties. Model is suitable for Sport Scale, IMAC Scale Aerobatics, or QSAA flying. It has a wing span of 77 inches and a 1102 square inch wing area.
Recommended engine size is 25 to 35cc displacement. Design utilizes a midship fuel tank location, pull-pull cable rudder, removable tail assembly, and span wise variable airfoil design for excellent low speed handling characteristics. Construction is balsa, ply, and spruce and comes in at a weight of 13 to 14 pounds ready to fly. The plans come as three sheets, showing all details required to build the model. Also supplied with the plans are 44 black & white xeroxed photos of various construction details and building notes. Canopy, landing gear, and fiber glass cowl and wheel pants are available.
Model requires a four channel radio driving 6 servos.
Let me know if you want more info.
