Hi All,

I'm in the market for a DA-50-R and I was trying to figure out where the best places are to buy one (my LHSs don't carry them). I've noticed that Chief Aircraft and Wild Hare R/C (I'd prefer to stick with the bigger, reputable guys) sell the engine at MSRP, so wouldn't I be better off just going directly to DA if the prices are the same?

You can purchase your engine anywhere you like. DA will warranty the engine no matter where you buy it. The customer service is the same regardless. Don't forget to buy a prop drill jig. Enjoy! By the way, I don't think you will find an engine for sale less than DA's retail price. The only advantage of going through Chief is that you won't pay for shipping.
