I am rebuilding a 1/4 Wilga for a friend but have no manual, is ready for final setup, does anyone knows the trows and CG data?

can't u use the thumb law...
1/3 wing for CG and add some nose weight , than reduce as u need after test fight?

if that is the Wilga sold by ICARE Rc then you can maybe call them and find out.
