5955 Arms
Is anyone using the stock Karbonite arms that come with the 5955 TG's? I am using them successfully on my 80" BalsaNova and 5645's but didn't know how well they hold up on larger aircraft.
In my case, it's only going into an 85" plane, and I'll be using ball links on them. I'm curious if you guys are still using the aluminum SWB, etc arms out of habit, or possibly out of necessity. Has anyone tried the Karbonite arms and had any actually fail on the larger Hitecs?

RE: 5955 Arms
Jef, thanks. I have been really happy with them on my other planes, and they seem really beefy so I was pretty sure they'd be okay. Good to know they are working for you! And it's not bad that the actually are supplied WITH the servos, too.

RE: 5955 Arms
The 5955 comes with 5 arms.
3 arms are the thin kind so you can attach standard clevises:
1" half arm, 2" full/double arm, 1.75" round disc
2 arms are the thick kind you might attach ball links to:
1.25" half arm, 2.5" full/double arm
