Bridi BIG KAOS
I am building a Bridi Big Kaos which as you may know has a rather slim nose profile AND has a fairly "HIGH" thrust line relative to the sides of the fusalage. I had planned to put a Supertigre G2300 into the bird BUT as the Supertigre is a bit finicky about the placement of tanks AND the tank will have to be low in relation to the spray bar....I am thinking the Supertigre might not be a wise choice.
Which brings me to my question...anyone have a suggestion as to what engine would be a good match for this guy? It is 80' and requires a 1.2-2.0 2 stroke or similar 4 stroke and I can buy what I want. SO....ANY suggestions?
Thanks

Hey, thanks for the info....A Kline Pump? Is that like a "Kline Bottle" a mathematical construct of a bottle with no insides? Naw, just kidding. If you can dig up the hit for a kline pump I would appreciate it!

RE: Bridi BIG KAOS
Hey Six-Shtr,
Does your big Kaos have the beam mounts like the original 60 size kit (hard maple rails that are curved along the fuse sides and extend into the tank compartment?).
OR, is it like the 40 size which just has a flat firewall?
If you have a flat firewall, you could side mount the motor, and thereby solve your tank height problem.

Thanks for the idea....I have to think outside the box sometimes. The firewall is flat and COULD be rotated! I did kind of want to put a big 1.60 on it, but will be content with the G2300. Thanks Wind.
