Default Keeping it Light

I currantly building my first giant scale model; the Giant Scale Stinger! I can't wait to get it flying, however I do want to build it right and light! Any tips on keeping giant scale planes light? Where to drill holes, what things not to use etc. Any help is appreciated!

Matt
