THat is freakin sweet Dave! How is the time putting it together and dissembling at the field? Does it take a long time? Are you happy with the power of the 150 on pipes? That thing is gorgeous!

At this time it's 40 minutes as I have to strip it to get it in my MPV. When I travel in my big van it will be around 20 minutes at the field.
I am making brackets to allow the outer struts to stay mounted with flying cables-two angles will allow me to bolt the top of the struts to one leg of the angle with the other bolted to the root rib of the centre section.

The power is fine-Prop hang is around 30% power with good pull from a stand still and I'm still on 32:1.
The greves pipes throttle really well.
Aeroplane is nearly mix free, tiny rudder to aileron and elevator mix only (3%)

Awesome! ANy plans for a smoke system? I'd love to try one of these with a large gas radial, smoke etc. I like your idea on quick assembly, show some pictures when you get to it, please. More flight pics too!~)

Yes, smoke next-I needed to keep it below our 20KG limit for test flying, I will now fit smoke and get it certified.
I looked at the Moki 250cc radial...sound is superb! but power for prop hanging and added weight is a problem.

More shots

I am going to start the assembly of the Pitts s12 (Oracle Scheme) with 3W 170 Competition. I heard that there is a problem with the GC and is required to weight on the noose ???? A frine of mine suggested me to locate the battiers diectly into the cowl ?? I would be inetersetd to know if you found any problem in your model with the GC. Sorry for my english I am Itaian
