Expo = 0 on both precison and 3D. I gotta try it one of these days but too use to it without.

My rates are 45-52 degrees on all surfaces for 3D. I reduce them to roughly half that for precision.

100% expo on everything and 24" surface travels at low rates.

You'll typically see about 30% expo and minimal travel for precision.

60-80% and 30 degree or more travel for 3-D. But you really need to fine tune it for what you like.

these are good starting points.

Can you actually get "TO Much" throw on the ailerons for 3-d? I mean is there a point that it doesn't fly 3-d better? I'm just learning 3-d and have a lot of throw on my plane now, and was just wondering if it's to much.

I think you can have too much throw on everything really..I know when I get more than 65 degrees on my elevator it actually starts acting like an airbrake..Not sure about ailerons.
