Default RE: inside a canister

all sorts of pipes and tubes and crimps and sections etc etc. I have one with the outer skin removed, thanks to wing failure that caused a crash and I lost a plane and a set of canisters. I will take some pictures and post them so you can see what the inside of a KS canister looks like.

There's a picture of a JMB can cut in half in my gallery. I can't seem to upload it here. Anyone want to help me out here and post it?

Default RE: inside a canister

Thank you very much guy's, That doesn't look too hard, I have the material's and the guys at work can weld it. I will give it a try and maybe save $ 140. I'll still have to buy the header & coupler. Does any one know what header I'll need for the SD models 33% Yak & the DA 85 ? I DO NOT want any flex header if I can avoid it. I'll build the canister around the header if I have to, but I would like to get as close to a drop in header as possible. Thanks for the help.

Can You Give The Diameter And Length Of The Cannister That Is Pictured ? I Have Been Wanting To See What Was On The Inside Also So I Can Make My Own. Have Made Many Custom Mufflers For Myself And Others And Don't Believe These Will Be Any Problem. The Pictures Really Helped.

I have a set of Pefa cans I'll let go for $50 for the pair.
I used them on my 3W 150.
One has something loose inside, and I'm not a welder.
Pictures available upon request.

Thanks
Bob

They measure 16.5" long including mounting flange, 15" long not including the flange, and 2.75" diameter.
It says Pefa made for 3W on the can.

If you move your cursor over the picture, you might hear the rattle [X(]
