I own a go-ped.go-ped Now go to the specs. The engine size is 22.5 cc. I was looking face to face at a large airplane. It almost look at big as my go-ped engine. What im wondering are there engine bigger than that for prop planes. I mean that little engine can get me going at about 20 mph and i was 140. I was just wondering how fast you could go with one of those in a plane. But i also go to thinkin they have planes over 55 pounds. (there suppose to be under 55 for the AMA actually the slid it up to 100 only for special reasons). But jeez 50 pounds thats alot. You would need a engine that big huh?

23 cc would be one of the smaller gas engines used on RC planes. They go up and even beyond 150 cc . My 13.5 lb.(73" wing) plane has a 40 cc. Your go-ped will do 20 with you on it, but it doesn't have to generate enough energy to lift anything off the ground, that's the catch.
