Default Wingbags.com or Wingbags by Caroline (Carden)?

I need to order my first set of wingbags. After doing some research, these two seem to be the top contenders, and both seem pretty good in the ads. So, my question is, which is better, and why?

Also, please vote in the poll!

I looked at both up close at Toledo. I think Caroline is one of the nicest ladies I have ever met. She puts out a top quality product, but it is also at a premiun price. Her package for a 40% is $100 more than Wingbags.com. If you don't mide spending the extra money, I would go with her.

Matt at Wingbags.com is a nice guy when you talk to him. In another thread here, he showed that he has a lack of business judgement and an issue with maturity. This turned a lot of people away from him. It is too bad really because he puts out a really nice produce and will customize it any way you wish.

You should also check Wingtotes.com - They are now selling through Towers and are very nice bags at probably the best price around outside of a $10 sleeping bag.

I voted for the Carden Wing bags because I have 2 sets. The 35% set is the old style with the velcro on the insides and my 40% set is the new style with the little flap.

I don't know about the others, but I am very happy with the quality of these bags. They fit may planes so well too.

Just purchased one of their medium double wingbags for a 35%from Tower. The quality is excellent and the price is right. Check them out you won't regret it.

Default wingbags.com

wingbags.com has always did a good job for me. It is a good product and Matt has always worked to make sure I was satisfied with my bags. He replaced a set that were a little too tight. no hassle.

I use both wingbags.com and wingtote. I can only say good things about them both. For the 40% aircraft I prefer to have 2 seperate bags. I use the small double wingtote for my 2m pattern wings and it is very nice.

Default AIR WILD'S WING BAGS...

I've got a set of wing bags from Caroline, they're nice, and she is wonderful to work with and talk too.

But, honestly, I think that AirWild has the nices wing bags around. They've got a plywood strip down the center that keep them stiff, and keep the wings protected. The bag is very well made, and the wing panels are sewn together, with the wing tube snugged in a third small pocket. Has a long shoulder strap too. It's easier to slide the wings into the bag, easier to carry, and I think it's the best designed bag. Only "miss", is that they only come in Black... but Henery Ford did well with that....

I'm going to try to sew my wing bags from Caroline together, to make them more like the Air Wild bags.

my two cents....

Wingbags.Com without hesitation, without a doubt.

New flap opening is cool, the embroidery rocks, and now I see they have fuse bags for pattern planes

and by the way , I met Matt in person at toledo this year...nicest guy you would ever want to meet...total class act. seemed like you would REALLY have to rub him in the wrong way to get him upset , my 2cents

I would agree with Doug. Air Wild is the best, no question about that. Just be prepaired to pay the price. They start at about $100 for a 30%.

Matt from wingbags.com is a staright up kind of guy and someone I can't see getting anything but great service from. He'll take care of you unitl you're completely satisfied.

I have had the pleasure of working with him at Toledo this year and he will be our choice for wing bags for our complete line of models that we manufacture.

I have never dealt with Matt of Wingbags, but if post #3 of the thread below shows what kind of guy Matt is, I will never order from Wingbags. Who needs the insults :boxing:

I agree the comment was not really appropriate, but(knowing Matt) I think it was an example of his sense of humor.( a little sarcasm) I am not defending his comment, just stating my opinion.
