RE: Hanging a large Airplane
I finaly got my hanger up and running.
I moved the rear pully forward to ballance the plane better, with it back it just wanted to lift the tail because it is the lightest end.
I also made some spredder bars to lessen the pinching action on the fusealodge.

Craig, here's what I've done with PVC pipe. Oh, by the way, it looks like it's time to order another OMP Hybrid. I see they are back in stock, so I'll build a replacement for my last years project.

RE: Hanging a large Airplane
Looks good! I've had the PVC break before and don't trust it. I have also already bought the pulleys so I guess that is what I'm going to do. I have to get it done quick though because we bought a Yellow Lab for the kids Christmas. I'll kill a dog for chewing on my planes. Just have to keep it away from them untill i get the pulley system installed. Pluss I had knee surgery 2 weeks ago and really dont want to be on a ladder right now.
Knock on Wood, Ive still got my HYbridand shes doing good as ever. Wish they would Arf that plane. I am building another profile for a 30cc gas engine right now almost done take a look.
