The first giant scale Saturday of 2011 is in the books. It started off cool and wet but it turned into a sunny warm day. A nice start to the season for me. I have a few photos of some of the planes and videos of most. New planes, motors that would not start, some that would not quit. A few broken landing gear, and a cracked body or two. One spinner flew off in the air, and other things that go wrong at the start of the year. Good to see the pilots again.

Well, July is here and the first Sat of the month was giant scale day at Tim's place in Owatonna again. I first want to say thanks to Tim and his family, the field was great and the food was even better!
