Default 1/5 scale Sopwith Camel question

I have a scratch built 1/5 scale Sopwith Camel built from blown up Guillow's plans that was given to me but I have no instructions. I have an out dated 1/6 scale Sopwith Camel kit and it looks like the CG is 1/3 of the way back from the leading edge of the top wing. I hope this is correct because my top wing is 11 1/2" wide so that means the CG would ne 3 3/4" back from the leading edge. Also I am looking for information on what the wing incidence should be. I am just finishing up a 1/4 scale Fokker Dr1 and I am hoping to get the Sopwith Camel flying this spring. Any help with be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Jim Stanton

I will check my model for you once I make it back home tomorrow. It's actually a scratch built Pup of similar size, built from older plans. In practice the two Sopwith planes were not hugely different, so it's mainly down to the models. Hopefully I can find something that will help you.

Just looked over my drawings, which, by the way are Cal Smith from1962. It's close to a 1/5 scale and is a Pup, like I mentioned earlier. The upper wing is shown with 2 1/2 degrees positive incidence, and the lower has 1 1/2 positive.
Hope this is helpful

Now for the CG. It is listed at 25%. On my print, it's directly over the lower wing's forward spar.
It is right at 40% of the upper wing chord if you measure that way.
