I hate t break the news to anyone wanting a Cox M12.. I order a trainer for my son and the M12 for me. The trainer is on it way, but nothing on the M12. Some guys on the Flying Giants orderd thiers on the 18th and have been told there out. Looks like we won't get ours. Bummer!

]....The website still shows them to be in stock...From what I understand is that this was an internet only sale and that no call in orders were being accepted...I was really looking forward to owning this plane...I've still got my fingers crossed!!![sm=71_71.gif]...Kevin

i ordered one on the 22'nd. still no response. hopefully, just the holiday slowdown. never could get anybody on the phone, though.

I ordered one on the evening of 12/18 and got an auto confirmation back that the order was accepted but no verification of shipment yet. Will see, if they are out then I wll be buying the Aeroworks Pitt Python so will wait and see. After doing some research looks like the Area 51 50cc would be a great match and much better price than the DA's. I love my DA's but they are almost at the point of being overpriced vs other good alternatives.

I received this e-mail today copied below on my e-mail inquiry to Cox Customer service ([email protected]) whether my order was made with stock available for M12 Pitts. Looks like a two week wait to find out more here.
"Estes Cox will be closed for the Holiday. We will return to the office January 5th. Emails will be answered as soon as possible, upon our return.

well, i guess that's why they wont answer the phones. i think the plane will be worth the wait if it is in stock. especially at that price. it's a shame the cermark pitts are gone.

Persistence. I was told by Cox during a long series of e-mails and calls that several orders prior to mine were received without completion of payment (bad CC). One of these earlier orders from no payment allowed me to have one. Mine may be the last one shipped. It had a badly damaged exterior box, but all looks good inside interior box.
