FLAPS ON 33% TRI PACER

HOW MUCH FLAP DEFLECTION IS SUFFICIENT FOR HOSTETLER 33% TRI PACER AND DOES IT REALLY MAKE A NOTICEABLE DIFFERENCE ON LANDING? RCM
