RE: Large 3 blade props
Xoar makes some 3 blade wood props, they dont have an 18 though. Frank Tiano carries the complete line.

Best props out there,
Solo Propellers are the best. They are not cheap but they are made to scale. I have a 32" diameter Solo propeller NIB for my next project, a 1/4 scale Don Smith F4U-1D Corsair with a 10 foot wingspan and a 3W 200cc 20hp engine. The make each prop to order. Their web site is: soloprops.com

WOOD,
www.soloprops.com and they come in wood also. They are made, then painted to your spec's. Plus they are adjustable pitch propellor hubs. All you have to do to change pitch is loosen the bolts and turn one blade to the pitch you want and the rest follow along.

Oh yeah, they are balanced by Carl who makes them. Sorry for three posts but I wanted you to know what you get for your dollar. The balancing and pitch change ability can save you a lot of money and time in the future when you don't have to buy a new prop every time you want to change the pitch and then have to balance it.
