Good day mate! I did some searching on the net and could only find AU or UK sites with this servo. I am a futaba man. They do not seem like 1/4 scale servos to me. I had a time converting to oz of torque and not sure i did it right, but i would say no they would not be satisfactory for the long term life and safety of your 1.4 scale model.

Hi Mercinary2u--thats quite a screen name. I just built the Sig 1/4 scale cub shown in my Avatar and used 645MG on 6.0v on airelons, pull/pull rudder and elevator. I have no complaints. Not the fastest servo in the world, but lots of torque. And...it's just a Cub.

It depends, for what function you will use this servo. For the throttle it´s OK, but for the rudder, elevator and ailerons you need stronger servo´s
....my opinion. HS 645 is a good choice
