You might want to get a copy of the "How to Monokote" instructional video. Some great tips on doing a satisfactory covering job no matter what brand of covering material you use. I would think that glassing that airplane and painting would add alot of unnecessary weight. However oppinions may vary. As far as micro balloons, Do a google search or an RCU search for that matter and you should find your answer.

Well I have started working on the fuse a few days ago. I have almost completed the lower half. I would add pic's if I could find out how to add attachments[sm=72_72.gif]
About glassing the plane, I spoke with a salesmen a Mark's Hobby Shop, Located in LR,AR, he gave me a lot of tips and even lead me to the right stuff. I forgot his name but I'm sure I will see him agian.[sm=teeth_smile.gif]

The Cessna 120 and the Cessna 140 are single engine, two-seat, light general aviation aircraft that were first produced in 1946, just following the end of World War II. Production ended in 1950, and was later succeeded by the Cessna 150, a similar two-seat trainer which introduced a tricycle gear. Between the 120 and the 140, Cessna sold 7,664 airplanes in the five years that the aircraft were produced
