Frank

I use Adobe Photoshop. In File, I click Open, Find the picture in my file, double click on it, Go to View, click on Image size, resize to 1000 pixels, then click File and click Save for the Web. This makes it load up in seconds.

weeeeee ,had to edit each pic going to best buy.But in love with this plane, the size and looks to me are great, you are about to pass me on your build and want to copy your work stick by stick, got this beast on a trade and lucky to get it , The tail wheel you are looking at does it have chains on it for the scale look? Used hobbico servos in the wing (are they good enough) and futaba in the fuse, thanks for the help, frank

Sorry guys, It hasn't ended.

I've been busy working on the Gas Ugly Stick thread in Scratch Building section.

While I waiting to go to Aircraft Spruce to get the 4130 Steel tubing that I need to make the landing Gear and the cage in the fuselage. I've just havn't had the time to go it's about a 3 hour drive for me to go there and come back. The reason I didn't have them ship was because I wanted to pick up some full 4x8 sheets of lite-ply and other stuff. I 'll do my best to get things going again on this thread very soon. Hang in there!

I would use a G62 or more. I saw one guy fly a 1/3 scale cub with a Satio 300 twin and it seemed OK but not much extra power. I would much rather have the extra power when it gets windy or in trouble. It makes it easier to pull out of a stall and save the plane. A friend of mine has a 100cc twin in his to pull gliders up. You can always throttle down.

Frank

I had to much work last week. I hope to get on this plane this week. I am very anxious myself to get this bird together.

I got my servos yesterday.

I bought a bunch of Hitec HS-5645MG. they are 143oz.in. at 4.8v and I think they are around 180oz.in. @6.0
volts, they should be plenty for this plane.
