I have a edge 540 27% with a O.S 1.60 FX engine.I always would tach my engine then hold the nose up to check to see if the engine is to rich or to lean.I now have installed an onboard glow system on the engine.My question is now that i have this system on this engine will i have to continue to hold the nose up?

Hold it up at WOT and see if it goes lean.

Onboard glow only opearates at or near idle and it won't help you if the top end is too lean.
