I just wanted to share an experience with everyone. I helped a very good friend ( Joe Slann) order the large Fei Bao F-15 twin with custom paint & art work. The order process was very fast and received immediate responses throughout the whole process from the GJC team. They sent pictures during the factory build process and kept us up to date through out the whole thing, including some delays and set backs. I told Joe delays and set backs are to be expected, you don't rush a plane like this. Needless to say the plane was shipped DHL and was received in very very poor condition. The wings actually had footprints in them, nothing was wrapped in foam or bubbles and parts were missing that Fei Bao sent pictures of. Joe sent GJC pictures of everything and it was determined that Customs must have taken everything apart and need i say more. With no other questions asked, GJC & Fei Bao started building Joe a replacement plane and delivered it in about 5 weeks. Joe tells me they went above and beyond with the replacement plane as they added a few extra special details and did some extra pro work installed items were done for him. I also had a custom paint scheme T-33 done a few years ago and had nothing but outstanding service from both GJC & Fei Bao and that is why I joined GJC sales team!!
