I recently built my first "big" electric plane using a Modeltech Magic 3D. I am using a new rotating can brushless from Ikarus called the H16. I am using a Jeti 70-3P Advance speed controller. I am using 12 - 2400maH cells. The system seems to perform well with a 11-6 Zinger prop. However, I'm not getting very much flight time. I get a good 1 minute blast, then it sort of "poops out" and runs a medium speed for about 4 more minutes before the BEC kicks in. What should I do to get longer flight times? I can't fit more batteries, and the speed controller that I chose will only carry 12 cells. Any suggestions would be appreciated.....

I consistently get 10 to 12 minutes with mine using the setup described. I will be trying a new pack of 7.8 amp LiPol cells later today. Will let everyone know how it works out.
