Default Goldberg Cub Conversion

I have a Goldberg Cub that I want to get started building and convert to electric. I did a search and it seemd like a lot of the information was old for this model. Can anyone give me recommendations for a power set up for this model? I want to have a little extra power if needed but It will be flown in a mostly scale manner. Thanks for any help.

What level of performance are you looking for? If you want a super sonic cub or a real scale like flyer?

If you have not built the wings yet, I would suggest you use dual ailerons servos.

60 sized motor. Use an APC 18X6 or so prop. Lots and lots of power.

Now if you want a more scale like flyer

Motor Use an APC 13X5, 12X6, 12X8. More power then you think.

Thanks for the suggestions, I appreciate it. I may decide to buy an ARF ready for electric power for my first attempt at electrics to make the transition easier.
