Hi all.
I know that the number of 'conversion' questions must be driving some people around the twist, so I apologise in advance[
]
I have coming 2 Herr 1/2A kits, a Pitts Special and a P-51.
Now I have searched this site and found some info on converting, but it is years old and seeing as I fly gas normally I have no idea if the info I found is still suitable, or if the parts advised are even made anymore[&o]
The Pitts specs are
Wing span 30in
Area 301 sq inches
Weight 26oz
Wing Loading 12.5oz/sq
Engine .061-.074
Mustang specs
Wingspan 42inches
Area 303 sq inches
Wing Loading 10.4oz/sq
Engine .049-.074
In my fleet I already own an Ultrfly Extra 300S, which came with a brushless A/30/29 motor, and a 3:1 gearbox, also an ESC and 3S LiPo pack.
Would the Ultrafly gear be of any use for either of these planes, or would it be total over kill.
Failing that, would someone with FAR more knowledge than I be able to clue me up as to what electric combo would be suitable for the above. And no I don't want unlimited vertical to the moon, just something decent enough for some sport flying.
The electrics thing is a tad confusing for me.
I would slowly like to swap my glow engines over to electric as it is easier for me to get to the local park to fly afetr work than trying to get to the field on weekends.
Your assistance would be muchly appreciated

Hi,
The hang-It R/C XTRM K2217/08 will do the job and yes it is a little cheaper than the others you have looked at. Try ( www.hangitrc.com)
