Your 6S packs are not what the motor will want, you want to go with an 8S to 10S set up. I doubt the motor will go with a 12S set up.

If someone can help with my build would be great . I have so far only an e-flite 110 motor , need advice on ESC , battery , and also prop size . I do want to do 3D

This is my first electric large build and I don't want to do it twice . Has anyone done a Hangar 9 Showtime 90 ?

I have an Eflite 110 on an old Modeltech Saphir II pattern plane (used to have a Bully 1.20 LS two-stroke / Bolly carbon muffler)). I have an 18x12 prop on it that has been sanded down to a 17x12. I have a cheap chinese high voltage speed control on it. I have used a variety of lipos (8 cell, 9 cell, and 10 cell). If I recall correctly, I am running around 55 amps. I have found that with Eflite motors (so have my friends), that you have to run the higher voltages to get them to produce. 8 cells don't cut it on my set up. 9 cells works fine for pattern but you won't be able to do much 3d. My plane weights 9.75 lbs with batteries. You will definitely want to use 10 cells. For 9 cells, I run three 3 cells in series, and for 8 and 10 cells, I run two batteries in series. Most standard speed controls are limited to 6 cell lipos. You will need a high voltage ("HV" version) to run 8 to 10 cells. I have 18C 4000 to 5000 mAh batteries which work fine for my set ups.

rolling p51,
It depends on the type flying you intend to do ..... and the lipos you use.
I have an E-Flite 110 in my Venus II, which will be only slightly lighter than your Showtime 90.
I have also converted a Showtime 90 about 3 years ago.
If you use Lipos that will hold 3.7V under a 65 amp load (like TP Extreme V2 3850's) then you can run 8S and something like a 17x10 prop.
For 15-20C lipo packs, you will need 9S.
Your ST 90 will weigh about 9 lbs with 8S and 10 lbs with 10S setups.
I'm currently running the 110 in my Venus II on 8S TP Extreme V2 3850's with a 3 blade APC pattern prop (15x 13.5) . It pulls 63 amps and puts out 1850 watts. This will give the ST90 "sparkling" performance.
Here's a link to my V2 setup:

What should the max RPM be at ? with a E18x8 . I tried my 10S4250 pack this weekend and it sounds like the prop is going to rip apart over 3/4 throttle . Do I need to run a different one with this pack ?

The E Flite 110 (as the specifications state) is really a 8S or 9S motor.
Read that as......8S if you have really good cells [hold 3.7 volts per cell under a 60-75 amp load]) ...... and 9S if you have so-so cells [that hold 3.5v per cell under a 60-70 amp load]. Personally, I would not put 10 cells on this motor. Something like a 17x8 on 8-9 cells will get you 7,500 to 8,200 RPM.
