.25 Extra scratch built conversion
 

Need advice for an electric power system for my .25 glow extra300. Hoping to use an AXI brushless motor and LiPoly batteries. The plane has not flown yet. It is a fun fly/ basic 3D acrobatic design. Need to know what size motor, gearing and prop would make it 3D capable. Help.

I used a 282010 AXI on mine for a while and then a JETI 30-3 both w3S1P 20C kokams or 10-12 cell 1950 AUP. A good fast plane but verticle is limited. The AXI was too hot under the cowl and used more amps. I am trying a twin gear drive speed 400 w/10 cells. See the thread.
