Dave:
We'll start by saying it's an OS engine, provided you haven't thrown some trash in the game. The muffler strap and the priming port give it away. Roughly 30 years old.
But the carb is not a 30 year old OS - they were all air bleed then, unless I'm mistaken. So it would seem you have indeed thrown some trash in the game. The carb really looks Magnum and not OS. See the lever? all shiny?
So, on the brand I'll go with Razor and say it is a Magnum engine, probably a 1.08.
But I'll disagree on the rpm - the throttle lever is just above idle, rpm around 2500.
Bill.
PS: What's wrong with a MAS prop? wr.

Don't know what engine it is but there seems to be a trick! I'm gonna go out on a limb and say 0 rpm. The prop is blurred but the prop nut is not! Looks like some good photoshop or something

the blade root looks like the "redesigned" MAS props that are no larger than 11" so i'm guessing the engine is no larger than a .60.
the little gusset at the mounting lug looks very ENYA
the way the carb mounts looks very ENYA
i can't see a separate backplate which is very ENYA
maybe i'm wrong but it looks to me like an ENYA with an incorrect carb and an ugly muffler that don't fit.

Let's have a little photography lesson here.
What Dave has done is use a strobe flash for a fill light on a back lighted subject. The dark propellor did not expose the film even with the flash, so the background shows through except where the "Master Airscrew," in white, did expose the film. Also, against the wooden support that was lighted only by the flash, the blade shows clearly. The lower part of the blade, again with a lighted background, shows only the lettering.
And the nut, lighted only by the flash, does not show any movement.
No trick photography, just a peculiarity of fill flash on a rotating object.

Everyone who has said "Zero RPM" has not really read Dave's first post.
And the prop would show as a normal looking prop if it hadn't been spinning.
So yes, the picture was taken while the prop was turning, whether the engine was running or the wind was blowing it around. I'd incline toward the engine running.
Bill.
PS: Think about it. The shutter speed is around 1/125 second, but the strobe time is more on the order of 1/10,000 second. So the background had almost 125 times the length of exposure that the prop got. wr.

...(yes, it's running)....

I got them from Tower, I didn't make any special request for "New" or "Old" style. Ordered six props, 14", 15", and 16", two of each diameter with different pitches, they all had tne new style hub.
One more thing - the ones I got were all three blade, possibly the two blade props haven't been altered.
Sorry I can't be of more help.

OK, ladies.
The whistle has been blown. After some research, inspection and introspection, and the fortunate finding of an old catalogue, the engine is an Enya 60.
And I'll still stick with 2500-3000 rpm.

ENYA 60!!!That looks to be a 14 or 15inch prop if you add up the motor mount & saw horse & double . He is about due for some new cut-offs (worn places) . No wedding ring (married?) . Maybe broke his left wrist at one time (looks crooked). but a Enya 60 ,not in this life time! MAX H.
