get a Jett 56 rear exhaust, with short marine pipe set up. run an APC 10x6 prop around 18,500...............
I didn't see a 56 on their website. The rear exhaust 50 is 17,500rpm on a 10x6, and the 60lx turns 18,000rpm on a 10x6. It appears the Side exhaust and Rear exhaust engines run the same RPM's. That surprises me a bit. I've always been told rear exhaust engines turn higher rpms and are more efficient than their side exhaust counterparts. (Then again, I've never seen an engine line that had the same identical engine come in both side and rear exhaust variations.)

I believe the .60 LX has been replaced by the .56 LX...you can also check with Bob in the Jett sub forum, to be sure...

If you are going to try to get more than 15K out of that TT, I suggest you replace the rear bearing with one that has a plastic retainer. The sport pylon guys have found that the standard steel retainers will give up when they are turning them at 15.5k.

Another thing, I don't think you will get better speed by turning a 10" prop at 18K as the boat will not be any where near the speeds that the pitch/speed would generate. My guess is you will be running this boat at less than 80mph. What you may want to consider is going to a three blade prop and keep the pitch lower. A three blade is effectively a larger diameter two blade and will give a lot more thrust at lower speeds.

I already ordered a set of bearings from (I'm guessing) your website. They should show up early next week. (I got the stainless steel bearings). The Tuned muffler from Jett I would expect in another week or so. Once I get the bearings installed and the new muffler, I'm going to get the engine out on the stand and flog it a few times. I am limiting the boat to a 10" prop because the future engine (Jett .56) I think is supposed to run a 10x6 prop specifically. I will experiment with the TT to get it performing the best but ultimately the Jett will be powering this boat.

A 10x6 APC prop got an outrigger airboat to 80mph.. Granted he's running a Jett 90LX FIRE, but still. Mine's smaller and lighter. It should boogie pretty well.
