Default Value of this Super Tigre engine

Does anyone have any idea on the current market value of this engine?

Do you have any more information about it? I cannot tell from the pictures as to what model it is or its displacement.

Hard to tell from that small picture what is the condition of the engine. From the general look of it it seems to be from mid 60's to early 70's with that coupled carb/exhaust and Super Tigre had many different r/c engines. It is not rare or special enough to be a collector and too old (in design)to be a user, your best bet would be to look at ebay listings to have an idea of price bracket.

It's a G 40 RR R/C.  Photos of one similar to it: http://www.rojobcn.com/technic/avion/supertig40.htm

Do you have his presentations of other Super Tigre engines? Specifically the S90? Thanks.

Sincerely, Richard

The S90 has a round machined head and the top is dished in.

There are pictures here . . . . http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1416888

The link rojobcn is wrong!

Here is another link for the S90 http://cgi.ebay.ie/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?...m=290545115506

The head on the S90K is the same as on a G90

My vintage Como 90 has the muffler shown on the RCGroups listing. The muffler shown on the ebay listing is the swing muffler I have seen fitted to later G models. Was the swing muffler fitted to the vintage S90, or is the ebay offering using the newer style as a replacement?
Thanks. I love my Como!

Sincerely, Richard

My S90 had a aftermarket drilled tube muffler. It was about as loud as open exhaust.
