I got this attached to an EBay .60 size purchase. Any idea what brand it is? The needle valve has a plastic "case" that engages the spiral groove in the brass needle valve housing allowing for in flight mixing, but the carb throat is only about .190"! Any ideas?

I concur. I owned a rare MDS marine 3.5 cc diesel and it had that carb. It used to spew fuel out of its open front bearing.
Huge case for it's displacement, and built tough like a Sturmovik. I wish I still had it. It never lost is tight ABC pinch.
