Mecoa .46
Veco,
My understanding is the Mecoa is identicle to the LEO 46 (and the Megatech 46). All produced by the same factory with different names stamped vertically on the needle valve side of the engine.
An excellent review of the Leo version by Malc Pinnock is on the Justengines.unseen.org/Leo46.htm web site. The Mecoa version seems to have the best price---especially if you have an old engine to trade in.

Mecoa .46
I have an earlier mecoa 46, flew it on a gp super sportster for a couple years, and had frequent problems with high end adjustment....replaced it with a thunder tiger pro 46, and found the extra $20 or so well worth it....so the mecoa is not collecting dust.
