Default ringed engines

how can you tell if the ring is stuck on a ringed engine? thats been sitting for along time.

The most obious sign would be a lack of compression when you turn the engine over.

Default Stuck rings

If it's a 2 stroke get the muffler off so u can see the piston/ring thru the port .when u rock the crank back & forth. See if oil is squishing out the top & bottom ( between the ring & piston
If its stuck no squish.
