remote needle valve and bracket for the OS46LA. nice unit readily available.

Os has a all metal remote needle valve that works well but i think it is made for a smaller engine, medium size fuel line fits a little loosely on it.

Mecoa also has a nice remote needle valve for a K&B also a nice unit

Hi!
Just buy a spare needle valve (like one from MVVS) and mount it on a bracket made from 2-3mm mm epoxyplate, alumium or plywood! And... cover the old needle hole with a thin plate, soldered on.

If you use a remote needle, you don't even have to remove the old one. Just open it enough that it doesn't restrict fuel flow. Just make sure it cannot vibrate out. Most needles are fine when set to 4-5 turns out from closed.

And you aren't going to solder to aluminum.
