Initial needle settings on a Saito 91
#2

My Feedback: (16)
There's two different OS 91 four strokes.
The Surpass I has the low and high speed needles on opposite sides of the carb
The Surpass II has both the low and high speed needles on the same side of the carb.
The low speed needles are set so many turns from all the way out. If you screw the needles all the way in they will fall off inside the carb.
The high speed runs around 1 1/4 turns

And this is a Saito - 2 1/2 turns for the HS needle and the LS adjustment should be flush with the throttle arm.
