so i guess if the 95v is not as messy as saito's there really is no need to to run fuel tubing from the breather nipple to the outside of the cowl or is there?

Not really, I often leave it alone. It will make a little mess inside the cowl, but not much

When injecting ARO into a 4-stroke crankcase it works best if you position the plane so that the breather nipple is "on top". That way when you put a hefty squirt in with some pressure, it doesn't come squirting back at you when you release the pressure. Yes, gravity aids with that. The aerosol cans of outboard end of season "fogging" treatment are great for squirting the lube in with some pressure. A plastic bottle that you can grip and sqeeze works well though. I use my wife's hair coloring plastic bottles. A large size fuel tubing fits on the tapered end.

Another method that I think Hobbsy mentioned once is with the nipple facing "up", just turn the prop over and over and it will tend to suck the oil in. Now when you get back home if not flying for a week or so - set the plane so the jug is facing down and in a few days (definitely takes a while) the oil will seep through the cam area (great!) and eventually find it's way through the pushrod tubes and up into the rocker area. (great too!)

I own three OS 91's and love them but I never did make friends with my new 95. A person wants to make sure to to use muffler pressure or she will quit for sure. After about 20 flights I got a lean takeoff and at50' it quit and I hit a post. I never did like the needle valve settings on this motor.
