Default gallons/time

Does anyone out there who is intimately familiar with Saito .80s have any idea how much time the engine gets per ounce of fuel at about 75% throttle? One minute of flight time per ounce, two minutes of flight time per ounce? Anyone ever figure it out? Put another way, how many minutes would be on an engine that has burned 10 gallons of fuel?

More than a 1/2 oz less than 1 oz. About 24 hours of run time, my guess.

When I was flying my Saito .80 on my low wing plane, I was getting around 15 minutes, and I still had at least a 1/4 to 1/3 of a tank of fuel in the plane.
The flight times varied though as well as the fuel consumption as it depends on what one is doing at the time. The fuel tank is a 10 ounce one.
The engine has way more than ten gallons of fuel run through it too. I did need to replace the bearings after several years of useage though.

2327.2727 minutes, approximately. Based on .55 oz/minute.
