help on engine
dont know alot about engines, I bought a MVVS 10 on ebay about a year ago. when I turn the crank shaft, it really sticks when you get to top dead center. ie, when the piston gets to the top. it even does it with the head off. I looked at the cylinder and piston, seems to be fine, no scratches, but VERY tight at the top.
Is this normal? engine has not been run. will this fix itself after break in.
