Default Need power increase in multi-engine setup

I am trying to find out what engines are suggested to replace multiple OS 120 Surpass II engines? I want to keep size and weight increases to a minimum, but maximum thrust is very important as well.

Regards,

Al Parry !QUOT!Eaglewatch!QUOT!

You might want to check with davis diesel on this one. one or the larger 1.08 and up
OS or super tigers might fill the bill,

Al:

Toss the OS's and install Saito 1.50 engines. Weight about the same, fuel consumption not a lot higher, but the power will be raised nicely.

Forget The Saito 150s unless u plan on doing in flight refueling. Those Saitos drink fuel like u wouldn`t believe. Best bet is 2s diesel. They will swing over a tree with no problem in a smaller size for a longer time on less fuel. Now how is that for losing weight. eg you can use 2 75s diesels and get the same power as the 120s Fs or use 91s diesel 2s and get more power than the 120 Fs. All using no more that 8 oz tanks that will last about 20 mins or more depend on your settings .

That is absolutely false about the Saitos. When set up correctly they don't burn any more than others their size. I have about 12 Diesels and know that two .75s would not come aywhere near the power he's looking for, two Webra 120s with Davis heads would be more like it.
